AI Coach feedback supports practice. Trainers determine certification; practice does not award it.

ACADEMY

Your training modules

Progress through the approved Rainmaker curriculum. Your trainer reviews your work and approves each module before the next one opens.

PRACTICE

How practice works

Study the current approved module, practice with its AI Coach, and submit the required evidence separately. AI practice scores do not establish mastery.

CERTIFICATION

Mastery is verified

A trainer reviews written evidence and witnessed, no-notes demonstration before issuing any official module decision. Completing a lesson or practice exercise does not grant approval.

TRAINER

Human standards first

Trainers verify real performance against the approved Rainmaker material. Administrator review controls appear below for authorized administrators only.

ADMINISTRATOR

Rep enrollment and certification review

Actions use server-enforced database rules and are recorded in the audit history.

Your trainer reviews your work and approves each module before the next one opens.

Foundations teach-back

Complete the lesson first. When you are ready, start the separate teach-back page. The lesson and answer explanations will not be shown alongside the questions. This is practice evidence with formative AI feedback, not an official pass or certification.

Real-call transfer evidence

When explicitly activated, submit anonymized real-call transcripts or evidence-limited coaching notes for human review. This never issues AI grades, module approvals or certification; Modules 00–08 still require official approvals.

OPTIONAL PRACTICE · NOT AN ASSESSMENT

Practice with the AI Coach

Use this to practice explaining an approved module concept. AI feedback is for learning only; it cannot certify mastery or unlock modules. Approved lesson excerpts and what you enter here are processed by OpenAI's API for practice feedback. Do not enter seller names, property addresses, contact information, private call reviews, or confidential deal details. During this pilot, the daily limit is 12 requests.
